Client policies
Refunds & cancellations
Proposed policy for future service agreements.
Proposed service policy. Services and payments are not open. These terms must be finalized before paid engagements begin.
Before work begins
Under this proposed policy, clients may cancel in writing before any service is performed and receive a full refund of service fees paid. The engagement agreement will identify when work begins.
After work begins
A refund for cancellation after work begins will cover the portion of the service fee attributable to unperformed work. Fees for work already performed will be calculated using the agreed milestone fees or rates disclosed before purchase, with an itemized explanation.
Scheduled sessions
Clients may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before a session without a rescheduling fee, subject to availability. For shorter notice or a missed session, contact support to agree on the next step; no undisclosed penalty will be charged.
Provider cancellations and non-delivery
If R&M cancels an engagement or cannot deliver an agreed service, the client may choose a mutually agreed revised schedule or a refund for undelivered services. For concerns about completed work, contact support so the issue can be reviewed against the written scope and an appropriate correction or refund considered.
Requesting a refund
When paid services open, send a written request to support@rmacquisitionscorp.com, with the invoice number, client name, and reason. The proposed response target is five business days. Do not send payment card details.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within five business days of approval. The bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears; timing may vary.
Service purchases only
This policy concerns consulting service fees. Digital deliverables do not require physical returns. There are no shipping fees or physical goods offered on this website.
Your agreement and legal rights
The final policy will be supplied before payment and confirmed in the signed agreement. Any service-specific variations must be disclosed before purchase. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
