Proposed service policy. Services and payments are not open. These terms must be finalized before paid engagements begin.
1. Provider and availability
This website is operated by R&M Acquisitions Corporation. Planned services are described for information only. Visiting this website does not create a consulting engagement or obligation to pay.
2. Written scope
A future engagement will begin only after the parties accept a written agreement identifying R&M as the provider and specifying services, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities. Material changes require written agreement.
3. Fees and billing
Fees will be stated in USD before payment. Any deposit, installment, tax, or recurring payment arrangement must be expressly disclosed and accepted. This website currently offers no subscription and contains no active checkout.
4. Fulfillment
Consulting sessions and documents will be delivered in the format and on the schedule in the agreement. If required client information is delayed, the parties will agree to a revised schedule. Material provider delays will be communicated to the client.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, authorizing access to any materials shared, and deciding whether to implement recommendations. Clients should not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information.
6. Cancellations and refunds
The proposed refund and cancellation policy describes how future requests will be handled. The signed agreement will confirm the applicable policy before any payment. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable law.
7. Professional scope and outcomes
Consulting is business and operational support. It does not replace advice from an attorney, accountant, or licensed financial professional. No revenue, funding, acquisition, tax outcome, or other result is guaranteed.
8. Confidentiality and work product
The service agreement will specify confidentiality obligations and rights to deliverables. Do not submit confidential documents through this website. Website content and branding may not be reused commercially without permission.
9. Privacy and policy updates
Website data practices are described in the privacy policy. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not automatically modify signed agreements.
